Host Monster has true 24/7 support. This was tested on several occasions and each case the support was responsive and knowledgable. Appears to be the same team that supports BlueHost sites.

HostMonster has a large selection of pre-installed scripts to add common web services (wordpress, lime survey, etc) to your account.
